Just a brief newsletter today as we are about to end the first half of this term. Below are some important notices:

Teacher Only Day - Monday 29th August - School Closed

Remember School will be closed on Monday 29th August for a teacher only day. Staff will be spending the day at school completing a first aid course with the Red Cross.

Mufti Day for Daffodil Day - Tomorrow, Friday 26th August

Don't forget to dig out your yellow clothes tomorrow and bring along a gold coin donation to support the Cancer Society and Daffodil Day.

Daffodil Day is a major funding source for the Cancer Foundation and a great opportunity to raise awareness of cancer in New Zealand. Cancer affects so many of our loved ones and this is our way of supporting their cause.

Board of Trustee Elections

Voting is open for the Board of Trustee elections and by now you would have received your voting papers in the mail. We have five candidates standing and three positions available. You are entitled to vote for three candidates.

Voting closes on Wednesday 7th September at 4pm - keep bringing those voting papers in!
